A bit of info...
All our treatments are performed under the strictest regulations with safety towards our clients being our main priority. Before any treatments are performed we rigorously test our lasers to ensure they pass our high standards. Any components that don't pass our test will not be used and will be replaced before any treatments will be performed.
Our laser machines are serviced yearly by AW3 factory technicians whom replace all parts with original manufactured parts.
All of our electrical components and and sockets are PAT tested annually with all relevant documents readily available.
We are fully aware with any treatments being carried out there is a risk of transmission of infection when using equipment and products on different clients. We follow a strict sterilisation, disinfection and cleaning protocol to avoid this from happening.
Before EVERY treatment hands are washed thoroughly, disposable gloves are worn and all equipment including treatment tables will be fully disinfected.
Will it hurt?
The number one question asked ! The level of pain felt for tattoo removal depends on the type of tattoo and the location of the tattoo. Also the amount of treatment needed and your own personal pain threshold. Some clients would describe it as no more than uncomfortable, where others will describe it as an elastic band flicking against the skin. The truth is that you will never know how painful you will find it until you try it!
Looking at it logically, if you had a tattoo we are sure you can handle removal treatments!
Regarding the the level of pain for hair removal and skin treatments, all depend on the skin type and the level of pigmentation. Again the individual tolerance to pain varies from person to person.
Crystal Freeze Hair Reduction
To achieve long lasting or permanent hair reduction, it is necessary to destroy the hair follicle from which individual hairs grow. Well controlled pulses of light penetrate the upper skin layer and are absorbed by one of the body's own natural chemicals Melanin - in the hair contained in thr follicle.
Melanin converts the light energy into heat. This heat is transfered into the hair follicle, which is destroyed, making it unable to produce new hair. The treatment is only effective on growing hairs as these are still attached to the follicle. the majority of our hair is in the resting phase which explains why more than one treatment is necessary. This technique is called 'Selective Photothermolysis'.
We can offer treatment for all skin types and hair types, and with our treatment there is little post-treatment care required.

This laser can safely and effectively remove tattoos, permanent make up, and can partially lighten any existing tattoo before being reworked via your desire tattoo artist .Tattoo ink particles are too large for the bodies immune system to remove naturally because when tattoo pigment is injected into the lower layers in the skin (dermis) it becomes locked away by a wall of collagen fibres. Q-switched lasers produce very short bursts of high energy laser light. The light is absorbed by the large ink particles, generating heat that shatters the tattoo pigment into miniature particles which the body is able to remove. Because the tattoo ink selectively absorbs the laser energy, the surrounding skin doesn't overheat and there is no lasting damage.
